Hot Soup!

People who like hot/spicy foods are a poor judge for people who can't handle them. Personally my mouth burns if I have even the mild stuff. The soup was probably medium. It was quite tasty though, and cleared up my sinuses pretty good!

Also I hate to say it, but the caterpillars were looking mighty fuzzy this year too. I guess time will tell.

ALS Ice Bucket Challenge with a Lemon Twist.

Personally, at the moment I just have enough money to cover bills.
But we will be donating to the ALS in memory of Father Mike Koch (pronounce Cook), who was a priest at our church and all around nice man, he passed away due to ALS. I nominate anyone who can give.

Back to School Blues

Best of luck to all those people going back to school!
Even though I am completely done school (although I probably will still take art classes as my life goes on) I get this feeling of dread when people talk about kids going back. I think it ties in with the feeling that summer is slowly coming to a close. And this summer was WAY too short for my liking!

I'm not a morning person

I wake up with some pretty fabulous hair styles. I've woken up with The Wolverine hair style before. Like The Wolverine from the old 90's cartoon of The X-Men.

What's not in the comic is John's high pitch, infectious, giggling that followed. He likes to annoy me.
