Thus our Halloween Game begins! This IS a real game I found online, and these are SOME of the answers I got from my Family. What I found funny was how similar some of the answers were. Erin, Patricia, and Colleen all said they would wait in the car till morning, since they would most certainly have packed enough essentials to last the night, and I believe them! I've gone on road trips with Erin before. She goes prepared!

Thus Ken goes home, and Yotin realizes he's going to have to go see more of Ken far too soon.
A reminder that this is the last Jacques & Kay of October, and it will resume again in November.

The Remainder of October...

Hello my Friends and Relations!

There is going to be a little bit of a change to the update schedule for the remainder of this October.
There will still be comics posted Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but they are all going to be Once Upon a Donna comics, and Jacques & Kay will go on Hiatus until November.

This Monday (October 15th) will wrap up the Yotin and Ken storyline instead of the usual Wednesday update.
Instead, Wednesday (October 17th) will begin a Halloween themed comic special I'm very excited about!

I hope this doesn't break anyone's heart, and hopefully you'll all enjoy what I have planned!

Jacques & Kay WILL return in November.

Thankful for the same thing

Happy Thanksgiving to all my Canadian Friends and Relations!
As a kid, I always felt like I was supposed to come up with something OTHER then being thankful for family alone, because EVERYONE always said they were thankful for family. As an adult... well, I still kind of feel like I have to come up with more to say, but I have the wisdom now to KNOW that family can be enough.

We have to be quiet...

Translation: "FATHER! BE QUIET! YOU'RE GOING TO WAKE UP MY BROTHER!"

This was at Easter Vigil, if I recall. Most little kids are encouraged (by their parents) to sleep if they are tired during that Mass, due to the late time and length of it. The little ones who DON'T fall asleep are encouraged (by their parents) to let the other kids stay sleeping.
