April Fools Eve

I don't like April Fools.  I don't like pranks in general, it's very easy to cross the line from funny to cruel. Don't get me wrong, I've seen some good jokes come from it. Like the time my older brother Thomas switched places with our High School principle for the morning (shenanigans occurred from both). And some YouTubers and webcomics can be very clever when it comes to April Fools. But in general I don't like it. In fact I tend to dread it, since my younger brother, John, loves it.

Techno Savvy

I played a new computer game. Chris helped me figure out how to actually play it.

Never Forget

Accidentally got this song stuck in a co-workers head the other day. She hadn't thought about it in years. Now I'm reminding you on purpose! MWAHAHAHA!!

Adventures in Cooking: First Tries

"Just keep stirring it" my sisters said. "You don't need to add anymore mix" they said.
Then mom came in and told me to add more mix and to use a measuring cup next time.

Sunshine on my shoulders...

As cold as it is in the winter, is as hot as it gets in the summer. Or vice versa, I don't remember.

CRAAAAAAZY Artist

The bear hat is sign of caution. That and it gets chilly where I paint.
I quite often find, that when I am working on a project, I pour all of my focus and energy into what I am doing that I get lost trying to perfect it (or at the very least, not hate it with a fiery passion). I don't realize how exhausted I am until somebody talks to me. Then my brain needs to reboot itself to accommodate. I haven't yelled at anyone yet, but my temper does get incredibly short.

Wild Goose Chase

This is the last of the Geese arc. This moment was one of the funniest things I've seen to date.
For some reason, a lot of my memories involving the three oldest, ends with them running away from something they've antagonized.

Canadian Goose don't care. Canadian Goose takes what it wants.

This was my first physical encounter with a Canadian Goose.
There was a whole crowd of kids feeding the ducks at the Forestry Farm (zoo), and my Godmother gave me some seeds/grain to feed them as well. But there were too many kids in the way, I turned and there was the Goose. Loitering and eying my handful of grain.
I was told the ducks wouldn't bite, and I assumed the geese wouldn't either. How wrong I was.

I can out Geese a Goose

The Canadian Goose is a mean, ill tempered, feathered beast of Doom. I learned early on that they were not to be trifled with (as has most Canadians), especially when said beastie has young chicks with them. Fortunately, hissing seems to be the universal sound for F*^# off. True story. I out hissed the goose.
Caution. More Geese stories on the way.

Adventures in Cooking

I suck at baking. To finally get something good, takes me a lot of trial and error. And error. And error. And error...
